Chairman of the Board of the State Social Protection Fund
Himalay Gabil oglu Mamishov
Born in 1985, Himalay Mamishov graduated from Baku State University's Faculty of International Law with a bachelor's degree in 2006, in 2009 with a master's degree, and Phd in Law in 2017.
In 2008, he started working in the Coordination Bureau for Technical Assistance of the European Union to the Republic of Azerbaijan, continued his work in the Ministry of Economic Development (currently the Ministry of Economy) in various positions, and became a member of the Project Management Group.
In 2011, Mr. Mamishov completed the CABIR Regional Training Program in Georgia, and in 2013, he completed the UGA training course at the University of Georgia, USA.
In 2011-2018, Mr. Mamishov worked in the International Relations Department of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2012-2013, was a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Baku State University.
In August 2018, was transferred from the International Relations Department of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers to the position of Head of the Social Security Policy Department in the Office of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.
In January 2019, was appointed Adviser to the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.
On March 1, 2019, was appointed as the Chairman of the State Social Protection Fund by the relevant order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.
