Appeals Council

The Appeals Council of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan (hereinafter referred to as the Appeals Council) is a collegial body that operates on public (free) basis for considering repeated complaints of individuals and legal entities regarding decisions, actions or omissions of the Ministry and its structural (local) authorities in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity (with the exception of communications related to corruption offenses).
The Appeals Council shall be guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Administrative Execution" and other laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, international treaties to which the Republic of Azerbaijan is a party and the Statute of the Appeal Board. 
The Appeals Council interacts with other executive authorities, local self-governance bodies and non-governmental organizations, as well as with legal entities and individuals while exercising their rights.

The Appeals Council builds its activities on the principles of legality, transparency, collegiality, impartiality.
