About the composition of the Board of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Pursuant to clause 5.9 of the "Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan" approved by Decree No. 386 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 16, 2011, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan DECIDES:
1. The following new composition of the Board of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan consisting of 15 members should be approved:
Chairman of the Board
Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Members of the collegium:
Deputies of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic
Head of the Office of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Head of the State Labour Inspection Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Chairman of the Board of the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Chairman of the Board of the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Chairman of the Board of the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Chairman of the Board of the Agency for Sustainable and Operative Social Provision under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Chairman of the Board of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Chairman of the Board of the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Issues under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Chairman of the State Social Protection Fund of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
2. Part 1 of resolution No. 63 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 13, 2012 "On the Composition of the Board of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan" (Legislative Collection of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2012, No. 3, Article 261; 2014, No. 4, Article 455 ; 2016, No. 11, Article 1976) should be repealed.
