Chairman of the Board of the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Issues
Elnur Novruz oglu Safarli
Born in 1989 in Baku, Elnur Safarli studied at the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy in 2006-2010, majoring in information and computing techniques, in 2010-2013 obtained master's degree in computer engineering at Dokuz Eylül University, Izmir, Turkey.
From 2013 to 2016, he worked as a methodologist at the Baku Higher Oil School.
In 2016-2021, Mr. Safarli was department director at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University.
In 2022, he was the head of the Innovative Solutions Sector in the Department of Strategic Planning and Innovations at the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.
In June 2022, Mr. Safarli was appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Issues.
In 2023, he was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of the National Observatory.
