Kanan Eyvaz oglu Akparov
He was born in Jalilabad district in 1991.
In 2008, he received a bachelor's degree from Azerbaijan State University of Economics, and a master's degree from Baku State University in 2012.
From 2010-2014, he worked in several local IT companies.
Since 2014, he has been sector manager at the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, in 2019, he was the head of the e-services and innovations department.
Currently, he is the director of DOST Digital Innovation Center.
