First-quarter social indicators
Up to 800,000 applications were registered for electronic services provided to the population in the fields of activity of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population in the first quarter of 2024.
During that period, 900,000 people accessed the nation's social registry, the e-sosial.az portal. Using e-infrastructure, 50.9 thousand appointments were scheduled in advance. Additionally, for the Ministry's areas of operation, up to 100,000 e-references were provided, and 23,000 social insurance numbers were opened in the e-rule.
At the moment, the e-systems of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population are being integrated with the information bases of about 80 institutions.
In the first three months of this year, 140 million requests, applications, and services were made through the Ministry's e-systems, including requests from those institutions.
