In accordance with the Great Return program, the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population continues to organize vocational courses for the residents of our liberated territories.
The Agency has already enrolled up to 100 individuals in vocational courses in the Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur regions.
These courses provide training and skills in professions related to agriculture, construction, industry, and services that meet the demands of the labor market. Those who complete these courses, which are free of charge and last up to 6 months, will also receive support in finding employment.
Work is underway to organize vocational courses for an additional 121 individuals who have been registered by applying from the relocated or intended-to-be-relocated individuals.
The vocational courses cover:
The city of Lachin and the villages of Zabuk, Sus, Beylik, and Gilebir of Lachin;
The city of Shusha and the town of Turshsu in Shusha;
The city of Fuzuli and the village of Dovlatyarly in Fuzuli;
The city of Zangilan and the villages of Agaly, Jahangirbeyli in Zangilan;
The city of Jabrayil and the villages of Horovlu, Shukurbeyli in Jabrayil;
The city of Kalbajar;
The city of Khojaly and the village of Malibeyli in Khojaly;
The town of Karkijahan in Khankendi;
The villages of Mahruzlu, Zilanli in Gubadli;
The villages of Talish, Suqovushan, Umudlu in Agdara;
The villages of Khidirli, Kangarli, Saricali in Aghdam;
The village of Khocavand in Khocavand;
And individuals who are already relocated, as well as unemployed or job-seeking individuals who are intended to be relocated throughout this year.
Interested individuals can register for these courses by applying to DOST centers, employment branches, or by filling out the relevant form by visiting the "Vocational Training in Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur" section on the sosial.gov.az website.
