The delegation led by the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population is participating in the "32nd European Social Conference" held in Antwerp, Belgium.
Within the framework of the conference, the head of the delegation, the Chairman of the Board of the Agency, Vugar Behbudov, met with the Chairman of the European Social Network, Christian Fillet, and the Chief Executive Officer of the organization, Alfonso Lara-Montero.
At the meeting, information was provided on the reforms and successes achieved in the field of social services in Azerbaijan in recent years, important steps taken in the direction of increasing the scope and quality of social services.
The directions of activities of the Social Services Agency, the social support programs implemented by the Social Services Agency for the purpose of providing care to persons from vulnerable population groups, their social rehabilitation and integration into the society were brought to attention.
Discussions were held on priority topics related to social services.
