Day care centers are currently operating in 30 cities and regions on the basis of projects executed by the order of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
Ganja, Mingachevir, Agdash, Astara, Agdam, Shamkir, Agsu, Beylagan, Barda, Jalilabad, Goygol, Goranboy, Khachmaz, Gakh, Gazakh, Guba, Lankaran, Masalli, Naftalan, Ismailli, Samukh, Sabirabad, Salyan, Shabran, Shirvan, More than 900 children are served in those centers established in Ujar, Gakh, Gazakh, Tovuz and Zagatala.
Children in need of special care, including children with disabilities, are provided with correction, rehabilitation, rehabilitation and other services and psychological support in day care centers. Taking into account their interests and abilities, support is given to the development of their skills, imagination, and self-service abilities through various associations.
The mentioned projects aim to prevent children from falling into state children's institutions, and to provide access to social services for children and their families from vulnerable groups.
