Social indicators for 9 months
A total of 1,6 million citizen inquiries made through written and electronic channels via the “142” Call Center, and social media were responded to.
In the past nine months, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population and its bodies received 1,4 million citizens.
Out of them, 94000 individuals were received by the heads of the Ministry's office, its bodies, and local branches, while 1343 million citizens were received at the reception offices of the Ministry's office, its bodies, and local branches, as well as at DOST centers.
Additionally, between January and September 2024, 1,6 million citizen applications were responded to (including 372000 through written and electronic channels, 65300 via social media, and 1,2 million through the “142” Call Center).
It was ensured that the applications were investigated and responded to in accordance with the law, and explanations were provided regarding inquiries.
