In the past two years, 16 regional single coordination centers with a reach of 71 districts and cities have been constructed.
Regional single coordination centers have begun operating in four more districts (Aghsu, Barda, Imishli, and Shaki) as part of the implementation of President Ilham Aliyev's Decree of June 25, 2021, with the aim of collecting applications from the relatives of martyrs and war combatants.
These facilities serve the families of war participants and martyrs in a total of 23 regions and cities, including neighboring regions, and are housed in the territorial offices of the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF) that fall under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
So that:
16 regional single coordination centers comprising 71 districts and cities were therefore established in DOST centers and local SSPF divisions over the previous time.
26 services from 71 local executive authorities and 5 central executive authorities (the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Health, the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription, and the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance) are offered through "one-window" operations that are transparent and operational on the basis of the citizen satisfaction principle.
In the most recent timeframe, these centers provided services to 83.7 thousand people.
