Social indicators for 9 months
In the first 9 months of this year, the "Voluntary DOST" program, which plays a key role in expanding the volunteer movement in our country, received 23544 applications, and 1112 people were recruited into the program. The majority of the applications were for the "Young DOST" subprogram.
The "Voluntary DOST" program includes subprograms such as "Young DOST," "Silver DOST," "Distant DOST," "Corporate DOST," and "Inclusive DOST".
Participants in the program assist at DOST centers by welcoming citizens, directing them to service windows, managing citizen flow, providing information to the public, and other related tasks.
Volunteering also provides participants with valuable experience in their service areas, helps them develop business skills, and offers opportunities for personal growth, enabling them to take their first successful steps on their career path.
