167.5 thousand electronic references were issued in the areas of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population's activities between January and May of 2024.
In recent years, more than 30 e-reference services have been put into use within the framework of a wide electronicization program in labor, employment, social security, disability, rehabilitation and other fields.
These e-services enable residents to obtain a reference in the e-rule by giving them information on workplace and disability, pensions, allowances, benefits, financial support, targeted help, state-provided housing and cars, individual personal accounts, etc.
