Sanatorium and resort packages

Persons eligible for sanatorium-resort treatment

Beneficiaries from the below-mentioned category are provided by the Social Services Agency with a referral for the purpose of sanatorium-resort treatment:

 

  • Persons with disabilities without an active employment contract and an active TIN (except for persons with disabilities because of industrial accidents and occupational diseases and military personnel who are entitled to a disability pension in accordance with the Law "On Labour Pensions");
  • Persons with disabilities under age 18;
  • Participants of the Second World War;
  • Families of martyrs;
  • Participants of the elimination of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl NPP in the transfer zone, as well as children who were transferred from the exclusion and transfer zones, including children in the womb on the day of transfer, or adolescents under the age of 18, as well as those born after April 26, 1986 and the Chernobyl NPP children from one of the parents who participated in the liquidation of the results of the accident or were harmed as a result of the Chernobyl accident and were likely to be exposed to direct radioactive radiation;
  • Children who have lost their parents and are deprived of parental care;
  • Citizens who were injured while participating in emergency rescue and medical assistance.

Application procedure

To be provided with sanatorium-resort packages in regions, beneficiary submits:

  • sanatorium-resort certificate attained from the local branches of the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency to the appropriate regional branch of the Social Services Agency.

To be provided with sanatorium-resort packages in Baku, beneficiary submits:

  • sanatorium-resort certificate attained from the local branches of the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency to the appropriate DOST center.
