Head of the State Labour Inspection Service
Mr. Guliyev was born in 1984 in Sumgait city.
In 2005, he graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Since 2007, Mr. Guliyev has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of "ParaBank".
Since 2016, he has been the Chairman and Vice President of "Parabokt".
From 2020 to February 2022, he was an Adviser to the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
From March 2, 2022, Mr. Guliyev was appointed the Head of the State Labor Inspection Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Popolation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
