Mustafa Aslan oglu Abbasbeyli
Born in 1980 in Ganja city Mustafa Abbasbeyli graduated in 2000 from Khazar University's Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, majoring in international law, and in 2001 from the Turkish Language and Literature Faculty of Ege University, Turkey, majoring in “Turkish language”.
In 2003, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ankara University with a master's degree in “Special law”.
Mr. Abbasbeyli was a graduate student at the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and obtained a Ph.d in law.
In 2004-2018, he worked in various management positions in the private sector.
In 2018-2019, he was the Chairman of the Association of Azerbaijan Insurers.
Until his current position, Mr. Abbasbeyli worked as an Adviser to the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.
