Director of the Social Support Center
Ismayil Tofig oglu Israfilov
Mr. Israfilov was born in 1974 in the city of Sumgait.
In 1996, he graduated from Azerbaijan Technical University with honors in Mechanical Engineering.
In 2006, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Baku State University.
During 1997-2010, he worked as a supervisor, supply manager and executive manager at "ARAMARK LTD" (USA-Azerbaijan).
In 2011-2013, he was the First Vice-President of the Serbian-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce (SAKOM).
He worked as the General Director of "CNI Development LLP(UK)" in 2012-2018.
In 2018-2021, he was a director in the Directorate of Facilities Under Construction under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.
On September 2, 2021, he was appointed as the director of the Social Support Center by the relevant order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
He has good command in English and Russian. He is married and has 3 children.
