Chairman of the Board of the Social Services Agency
Vugar Shafa oglu Behbudov
Born in Sumgait city in 1979, Vugar Behbudov graduated from Baku State University's Oriental Studies Faculty in 2000, from Finance and Credit Faculty of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics with bachelor degree in 2005 and obtained master’s diploma with honors from same faculty in 2007.
Since 2002, he has worked in various positions in the Ministry of Taxes, since 2008 in the State Social Protection Fund.
Since 2011, Mr. Behbudov has been head of the social services sector of the State Social Provision Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, and since 2016 has been head of the social services and programs department of the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry.
On July 1, 2020, he was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of the Social Services Agency by the relevant order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
