Born in 1978 in Imishli Vusal Nasirli graduated from Qafqaz University, Faculty of Administrative Management in the field of Public and Municipal Management with bachelor’s degree in 2000 and master’s degree in 2002.
From 2001 to 2009, he worked in various management positions in the private sector.
In 2009-2013, Mr. Nasirli was the Deputy Director of the project "Integrated household waste management" in the Ministry of Economic Development, in 2013-2018, he worked as the Deputy Head of the Department of Cooperation with International Organizations of the Ministry of Economy.
Until his current position, Mr. Nasirli was an adviser to the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
He is married with two children.
