Azer Masim oglu Mammadov
He was born in 1978 in Marneuli district of the Republic of Georgia.
In 1999, he graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of Azerbaijan University of Civil Engineers, majoring in architectural environment design.
In 2005-2013, he worked as an architect in the private sector.
In 2013-2020, he was the head of the technical control group in the Directorate of Facilities Under Construction under the Special Medical Service of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Until his current position, he worked as a deputy director of the Directorate of Facilities Under Construction under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
