The Department for Work with Documents and Citizens' Inquiries is the structural unit of the Office of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan, within the scope of the powers granted by its Regulation, organizes and regulates clerical work, electronic document circulation, organization of archive work and consideration of citizens' appeals.
In its activities, the Department follows the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Civil Service" and other laws, the "Statute of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan" and other decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, decisions of the Ministry’s Board, the orders of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population and the Department’s Regulation.
While performing its duties and exercising its rights, the Department interacts with the structural units of the Ministry, as well as with the central and local executive and local self-government bodies.
The Department has a seal with the inscription "Department for work with documents and citizens’ appeals".
