Social Indicators for January-June 2024
Between January and June 2024, up to 192,000 electronic references were issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population. This marks a significant milestone in the Ministry's efforts to enhance service delivery through digital means.
In recent years, the Ministry has implemented over 30 e-reference services as part of its comprehensive electronicization program. These services cover various domains including labor, employment, social security, disability, rehabilitation, and more.
These e-services provide citizens with convenient access to information and assistance regarding workplace and disability, pensions, benefits, retirement, financial assistance, targeted assistance, state-provided housing and vehicles, individual personal accounts, and other related matters.
