The guests were acquainted with the services provided to the population at the Center. The board chairman of the DOST agency Farid Mammadov informed them about the activities and principles of work of DOST centers.
They informed that according to the decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated 9 August 2018, the DOST Agency and 7 DOST centers, service point «Smart DOST» in the Zangilan’s Agali village, the branch of Karabagh regional center DOST in Shusha were opened.
The advantages and international success of the DOST concept, initiated by First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, were emphasized. It was noted that over the past period, more than 2.8 million citizens were served at DOST centers, and citizens' satisfaction with these services was 98.2 percent.
At the meeting with the delegation, there were presentations about the DOST concept, the achievements of the digitalization program in the social field, reforms in the field of labor and employment, and innovative innovations.
