The State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population and the Innovation and Digital Development Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport launched a joint project called "Hopeful Tomorrows" in Zangilan, Lachin and Fuzuli regions within the framework of the "Technest" benefit program.
The main goal of the project is to support the acquisition of knowledge and skills in the field of information technologies (IT) of the people in our territories freed from occupation, to improve the habits of working with these technologies, and to develop access to the global Internet network.
The project is intended to cover 60 people between the ages of 12 and 65 from the residents relocated to Zangilan, Lachin and Fuzuli.
Participants will be trained in the concept of informatics and basic computer knowledge in mobile containers that create a classroom environment. They will be given lessons on the introduction of services and products to the international labor market and the correct application of information technologies. Certificates will be given to the participants at the end of the training.
In addition, special programming and IT courses are planned for those who successfully complete the training within the framework of the project.
