The Public Council under the Ministry was selected as the most active Public Council in 2023
There was a meeting with a group of NGO representatives at the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population. At the meeting, the work in the field of ensuring public participation in the Ministry was discussed.
Jasarat Huseynzade Chairman of the "Support to Information and Social Initiatives" Public Union, emphasized the importance of cooperation between civil society institutions and state bodies. He pointed out that the cooperation experience of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population with civil society institutions is commendable.
It was reported that the Ministry was awarded with the Order of Honor for its successful activity in the field of ensuring public participation and for its active cooperation with the public councils' single online platform, public councils.az.
The Decree of Honor was presented to Anar Aliyev, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
It was also noted that the Public Council of the Ministry was voted the most active public council in 2023 according to the survey conducted on the website of the Public Council of the Ministry, and an honorary decree was presented to the Chairman of the Public Council, Professor Elshad Mammadov, in this regard.
