The Minister of Labor and Social Protection Sahil Babaev and the head of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription Mursal Ibragimov visited the Medical Examination Center, where the final medical examination of conscripts to active military service is held.
The Medical Examination Center of the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the ministry is equipped with modern medical equipment for visually examining conscripts.
S. Babaev and M. Ibragimov were acquainted with the conditions created at the Center and the examination process.
It was noted that after the approval of the conclusion of the Central Military Medical Commission on a conscript, a referral for a final medical examination of the conscript is entered into the “Medical Certification” subsystem of the ministry. According to the dispatch, conscripts undergo visual examinations at the Center based on the assigned electronic queue.
We inform you that according to the decree of President Ilham Aliyev, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population conducts a final medical examination at the medical examination of citizens called up for conscript active military service from 1 July this year.
The Cabinet of Ministers approved the procedure for conducting final medical examinations, improving the relevant legislation by the specified date.
With the creation of the subsystem «Medical certification», its integration with information databases of the Ministry of Health, the State Agency for Compulsory Health Insurance, the Office of the Union of Medical Territorial Units, The State service for mobilization and conscription to military service and other relevant institutions was provided.
It was highlighted that the final medical examinations were conducted transparently, flexibly, and objectively in cooperation with relevant institutions, including the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription.
