Over 40 job positions were offered by nearly 15 employers.
The State Employment Agency of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population organized a job fair named "Learn a Profession in Lachin!" for the first time in the liberated territories of Lachin. The event was held with the support of the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Lachin.
The event was attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Agency's Management Board, Ulvi Abasquliyev, the official representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Lachin, Huseyn Guliyev, as well as representatives of employers and educational institutions.
During the job fair, more than 40 job positions in various fields were offered by nearly 15 employers operating in Lachin and the Zabuk village of Lachin. Additionally, workshops were conducted.
Participants of the fair were provided with information about professions and institutions where training in those fields is provided.
It was reported that the Agency continues its efforts to organize vocational courses for the residents of the liberated territories. The courses aim to teach skills and knowledge in professions that meet the demands of the labor market. Support is also provided to graduates of these courses in finding employment opportunities.
Within the framework of the fair, a corporate social responsibility project named "Native Tea Festival in Lachin" was organized in collaboration with "Azerchay," a national brand of Azersun Holding. The event included a tea exhibition, a national cuisine corner, and continued with a concert program.
