The State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population has been selected as a member and supporter of the "Vision Zero" transformative approach concept of the International Social Security Association (ISSA).
This concept, implemented in 2012 with the support of the International Labor Organization, includes basic aspects such as safety, health and well-being in every phase of the work environment as a new preventive strategy for industrial accidents, injuries and occupational diseases.
The international membership certificate was submitted to the SSPF after completion of relevant procedures and evaluation by international experts.
Currently, the platform is home to about 50 public and private organizations from 23 different countries. It is overseen by the ISSA Special Committee and Management Committee.
By joining this platform, SSPF will benefit from increased international engagement, internal labor protection activities that are aligned with international norms, and additional benefits.
Noteworthy, from January to July of this year, SSPF awarded 18 foreign awards total, this membership certificate being the most recent.
