The delegation headed by Yuliya Berdnikova, head of the Social Protection Fund of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus, visited the DOST Agency.
At Baku DOST Center No. 1, the guests first got acquainted with the services provided to the population. The activity and working principle of DOST centers were explained to them.
Then there was a meeting with the delegation. Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency Farid Mammadov informed the delegation about the concept of DOST. He noted that the DOST Agency and 7 DOST centers were opened by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated August 9, 2018. The advantages of the DOST concept initiated by First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva and the innovative innovations brought to the field of state social services were discussed.
Chairman of the Board of the State Social Protection Fund subordinated to the Ministry Himalay Mamishov, director of the International Association of Pension and Social Funds Igor Popov also participated in the meeting.
A presentation was made on the DOST concept. It was brought to attention that 159 social services are provided in the DOST centers from a "one-window", transparent, operative, according to citizen satisfaction, and citizen satisfaction with these services is 98.2 percent.
Prospects of future cooperation were discussed with the Belarusian delegation, and views were exchanged on issues of bilateral interest.
