For media representatives to become acquainted with the asset provisioning procedure, a media tour was prepared.
Work to secure employment for locals in the Tartar region's Talish village is ongoing as part of the Great Return to our homelands, which were liberated from occupation.
Seven Talish village residents who participated in the self-employment program run by the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population today received assets in the form of goods and materials.
They built their animal farms at the expense of the provided resources. In the coming days, resources for butchering and beekeeping will be given to two more people.
A media tour was organized for media representatives to familiarize themselves with the process of securing assets in that village.
It was reported that the State Employment Agency's staff met with each family that had relocated to Talish, did analysis, and identified 44 village residents who were eligible for the Agency's active employment programs. 29 of them had jobs thanks to the institution's assistance. Another group of residents will be employed as long as work is done.
The Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SBA) and the village jointly arranged business trainings for citizens participating in the self-employment program in the first phase.
Businesses in the region have been located, and vacancy needs have been researched. The "Financing the wages of employees together with the employer" program is also being worked on in collaboration with those firms. The State Employment Agency will contribute to a portion of the residents' salaries who will participate in this program, supporting both their employment and that of local enterprises.
Additionally, it is intended to set up vocational training programs for some of the locals to learn new trades.
