Social indicators for the 10 month-period
53 employees, whose employment contracts were unlawfully terminated, were reinstated to their previous positions.
State Labour Inspection Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population identified during the investigation of citizens' appeals in the first 10 months of this year that payments of social payments amounting to 165,6 thousand manats were delayed by employers to employees.
As a result of the actions taken by the Service, the relevant employers paid these funds to the employees. 86% of the amount was for wages, while the remaining portion consisted of social benefits, compensations, and payments for damages.
It was also determined that 53 employees had their labour contracts unlawfully terminated during the period from January to October of this year. Through the measures taken by the State Labour Inspection Service, these employees were reinstated to their previous positions.
