In addition, the services of clarification of legislation on the rules for the registration of targeted social assistance, temporary disability benefits, old-age pensions and lump sum funeral allowance have been transferred into electronic format. That is, people who call to 142 can listen to the information about these application rules.
In the coming days, information on the current status of applications for a lump-sum benefit for pregnancy and childbirth, temporary disability benefits will be automated.
