The fourth Azerbaijan Career Development Forum will be held next month, on December 19, organized by State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
The forum will be held under the motto “From Today’s Experience to Tomorrow’s Challenges!”
The event will discuss successful outcomes in career development both in the country and worldwide, global trends and modern approaches, key criteria for building effective learning and teaching mechanisms in education, the importance of skills in demand in the labour market, and ways to develop these skills.
Career advisors, education experts, representatives from the public and private sectors, and development mentors will participate in the forum, and various presentations will be delivered on different topics.
Panels such as “From Education to Career: Innovative Solutions for the Future,” “Innovation, Collaboration, and Global Mobility,” and “Human Capital Development and Organizational Culture” will feature local experts as well as renowned international specialists in career development.
The Azerbaijan Career Development Forum, considered one of the most advanced platforms for discussing career development practices in the country, will include joint discussions, Q&A sessions, and group meetings.
