Social indicators for the 11 month-period
In the period from January to November 2024, more than 34 million requests were submitted to the electronic services provided by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
The e-sosial.az portal, which is the country's social registry, was accessed 6,2 million times during that period. 233000 appointments were made proactively via e-infrastructure.
In recent years, a wide digitalization program has been implemented in the social sphere. Currently, more than 145 of the Ministry's 160 services, or more than 90 percent, are provided electronically. Also, more than 50 proactive services, e-sosial.az portal with wide functional capabilities, and "Labour and Employment” subsystem were created.
The e-systems of the Ministry are being integrated with the information bases of up to 80 institutions. In 11 months of this year, including requests from those institutions, the number of requests, applications and services through e-systems of the Ministry was 623 million.
