The State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population assigned disability to 23.4 thousand people during January-June of this year.
Of them, 11.5 thousand were assigned primary disability, and 11.9 thousand were re-disabled.
After the disability designation, social payments (pension, allowance, benefit) were proactively assigned to those persons due to disability through the e-system.
