Public hearings have been held in Agdash and Goychay regarding the project.
Within the framework of the "Employment Support Project" implemented with financial support from the World Bank by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, more than 15,150 small businesses have been created for individuals during the past period.
This was announced during public hearings held in the Agdash and Goychay regions regarding the project.
It is noted that the "Employment Support Project," which is crucial for expanding self-employment programs, creates opportunities for unemployed individuals from vulnerable groups (such as people with disabilities, members of martyr families, members of low-income families, etc.) to engage in small businesses in production and service sectors. It is envisaged that this project will cover 22,000 individuals.
During the public hearings attended by unemployed and aspiring individuals, information was provided about the objectives and goals of the project. Expected benefits of the project, requirements related to environmental and social issues during project implementation, and application procedures for participation in the project were highlighted. Information was also provided about the "Incentive Award" competition organized within the project framework and other employment support mechanisms.
Finally, questions from participants were answered. Printed materials reflecting information about the project and the business envelopes provided were distributed to them.
