A visit was also made to enterprises established under the self-employment program in the autonomous republic.
State officials, in accordance with the schedule of citizen receptions in the regions, were received by the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev in Nakhchivan city of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
Prior to the reception, the collective of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population visited the monument to the National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
During the reception, citizens applied regarding social security, employment, disability, rehabilitation, etc. Among the applicants were also war participants. Each application was individually investigated, and appropriate measures were taken accordingly. Legal explanations were provided regarding inquiries of a legal nature.
S. Babayev and Farid Bagirzada, the Deputy Minister temporarily performing the duties of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, visited small enterprises established within the framework of the self-employment program for residents of Nakhchivan city, Aliyev Nazim Rza oghlu, a martyr's father, and Eynalova Ilaha Elman gizi, a resident of Babek district.
N. Aliyev established his own enterprise in the direction of "Plastic door-window", and I. Eynalova established her own enterprise in the direction of "Women's beauty salon", with the support of activities. They expressed their gratitude to the head of state for the measures taken to support the employment of unemployed individuals and the establishment of their small businesses. They emphasized their efforts to develop their own entrepreneurial fields by effectively utilizing the opportunities created.
The self-employment program, which supports the transition of unemployed and job-seeking individuals to small businesses, is successfully implemented in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. In the past period of this year, nearly 400 individuals in the autonomous republic were provided with activities within this program and established their own enterprises.
