Minister of Labour, Employment, and Social Dialogue of Montenegro, Naida Nisic and the accompanying delegation visited Baku DOST Center No. 4, as part of their visit to Azerbaijan for the COP29 event.
Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population, Vusal Nasirli provided information on the innovative advantages and international successes of the DOST concept, initiated by First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva.
The guests became familiar with the services provided at the DOST Center. Presentations on the DOST Concept and digital services in the social sector were given to the delegation.
The delegation from Montenegro also visited the DOST Center for Inclusive Development and Creativity, the largest and first inclusive space in the South Caucasus.
It was noted that the Center, which opened in October 2021, provides significant support for the development of the creative potential of vulnerable groups and their integration into society. Beneficiaries at the Center enhance their skills, participating in various training programs in areas such as dance, visual arts, pottery, music, tailoring, fashion design, carpet weaving, knitting, embroidery, artistic carving, and etc.
The guests explored the conditions created at the Center, observed training processes involving individuals from vulnerable groups, and looked at their handicrafts. A music performance by the Center's Inclusive Camera Orchestra was also presented. Minister Nisic wrote heartfelt words in the Center's guestbook.
