On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of national leader Heydar Aliyev, 100 employees of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population were accepted into the ranks of the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) based on their applications and were presented with party membership cards.
Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev, YAP Deputy Chairman-Head of the Central Office Tahir Budagov, YAP Veterans Council Deputy Chairman Sadagat Kahramanova, MP Sabina Khasayeva and others took part in the event.
The participants of the event organized at the DOST Center for Inclusive Development and Creativity got acquainted with the exhibition of handicrafts of the beneficiaries of the Center with disabilities. The National Anthem of Azerbaijan was played at the event. The dear memories of our heroes who died for the territorial integrity of our country and National Leader Heydar Aliyev were commemorated with a minute's silence. The composition "You are such a peak" performed by persons with disabilities participating in creative training was presented at the center.
S. Babayev drew attention to the unparalleled services of National Leader Heydar Aliyev for the establishment and development of the modern independent state of Azerbaijan, and the achievements of the social development strategy authored by the Great Leader. It was reported that the continuation and development of the successful domestic and foreign policy of National Leader Heydar Aliyev by President Ilham Aliyev at a high level ensured Azerbaijan's rapid progress, historical achievements and victories, as well as important successes in the social field.
The honorable development path of the New Azerbaijan Party, founded in November 1992 under the chairmanship of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, was mentioned, and it was emphasized that today the Party led by President Ilham Aliyev has gained great trust in the society.
The activity of YAP's Yasamal district S. Asgarova 85 (Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population) territorial party organization was noted. It was noted that since April 2018, 1124 employees of the Ministry and its institutions have been accepted as members of the Party, currently 4416 employees of the Ministry system are members of the YAP, and the number of territorial party organizations of the Ministry and its institutions has reached 94.
T. Budagov emphasized the crucial role of YAP, created under the leadership of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev, in the development of our country in all fields. He noted the historical achievements and victories of our country as a result of the successful policy of President Ilham Aliyev.
