The Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population, Sahil Babayev, met with the winners of the third "Yüksəliş" competition, Ilaha Bakhishova Tahirli and Toghrul Alakbarov, who successfully completed the mentorship program at the Ministry.
The Minister congratulated them on successfully completing the mentorship program and wished them further success in their future endeavors. He emphasized the significance of the "Yüksəliş" competition, established based on the order of President Ilham Aliyev, in identifying and supporting high-potential leaders with intellectual abilities and managerial qualities, as well as in the creation of a personnel reserve bank.
The meeting highlighted the efforts made to create a conducive environment for both mentees to enhance their knowledge and experience and to develop their potential within the framework of the one-year program. It was noted that meetings had been held within the Ministry and its institutions, and that participation in several events had been facilitated. Detailed information was provided to the mentees about recent reforms in the social sector and the DOST concept.
Ilaha Bakhishova Tahirli and Toghrul Alakbarov expressed their satisfaction with the conditions created and the support provided within the mentorship program to develop their knowledge, skills, and leadership potential.
The meeting included a discussion of the work done during the program, the achievements made in implementing the mentees' action plans, and recommendations for their future development.
