Kemi Seba, the head of the "URGENCES PANAFRICANISTES" NGO visiting our country, has been to the 1st DOST Center in Baku.
Farid Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency, provided information about the innovative advantages and achievements of the DOST concept.
It was reported that, by the decree of President Ilham Aliyev, the DOST Agency was established in May 2019, followed by the opening of 7 DOST Centers, 1 DOST branch, and 1 "Smart DOST" station.
It was emphasized that, based on the DOST concept initiated by First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, 160 services in the social sectors are provided through a "single window" system in an efficient, transparent manner, and in accordance with citizen satisfaction.
The international successes of DOST Agency were also noted. K.Seba got acquainted with the service divisions and the process of service delivery at the center. A presentation about the DOST concept was subsequently given.
