Over 250 vacancies were presented at the active employment event
In accordance with the Great Return program, the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population continues active employment measures for residents relocated to our territories liberated from occupation.
As a further measure in this direction, the Agency organized the first job fair in Shusha with the support of the Special Representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Shusha.
26 employers from the public and private sectors participated in the active employment event, presenting over 250 vacancies in various fields.
The Chairman of the Agency's Management Board, Sadig Aliyev and the Chief advisor of the Special Representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Shusha Elshad Iskandarov got acquainted with the vacancies presented at the fair and met with employers. The event was attended by members of the Public Council under the Ministry and representatives of NGOs.
Applicants were registered at the fair, and suitable candidates will be provided with jobs on relevant vacancies.
The participants were also informed about the self-employment program and vocational training courses organized at the Karabakh Vocational Training Center. Registrations were also conducted for residents wishing to participate in the self-employment program and vocational courses.
