The delegation led by Vugar Behbudov, Chairman of the Board of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, is participating in the international forum "Opening of the Uzbekistan-Colombia Center for Increasing Community Resilience and Social Welfare" held in Uzbekistan.
The forum's goals is to discuss the strengths of the community through various initiatives, as well as to encourage the strengthening of actions in this area.
Within the framework of the forum, V. Behbudov met with Mansurbek Olloyorov, director of the National Social Protection Agency under the President of Uzbekistan. At the meeting, ideas were exchanged on future cooperation in the field of social services.
Representatives of the Agency informed about the reforms carried out in the social services system of our country in recent years at the forum. "The State Program for the Development of Social Services in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2023-2026", as well as the activities of the Social Services Agency, the social services provided to people from vulnerable population groups, the "Foster Family" care model, and the work done in the field of adoption were discussed.
