Between January and July 2024, 20.8 million applications were registered for electronic services provided to the people in the fields of activity of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
The e-social.az portal, the country's social register, was used 3.2 million times during that period. 150,000 appointments were made proactively via e-infrastructure.
In recent years, a wide-ranging program of electronic services has been implemented in the social sphere. Currently, 145 out of 160 ministry services, or more than 90 percent, are provided electronically. As well as created 50 proactive services, portal e-social.az with wide functionality, subsystem «Labor and Employment».
The electronic systems of the Ministry are integrated with information bases up to 80 institutions. Taking into account the requests of these institutions, the number of requests, applications, and services through the electronic systems of the ministry during 7 months of this year was 410 million.
