Social indicators for January
In January of this year, 84 000 citizens were provided with services at DOST centers.
Since May 2019, 7 DOST centers have been opened across the country. These centers offer 160 social services through a "single window" approach, with modern and efficient, transparent mechanisms tailored to ensure citizen satisfaction.
Citizen satisfaction with DOST services stands at 98.5%.
