The delegations, led by Rano Turdiboyeva, the Deputy Minister of Employment and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Mukhtarbek Baymurzaev, the First Deputy Minister of Labour, Social Security, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, who are in Baku to participate in the COP29 event, visited the DOST Agency.
During the meeting with the delegations, the Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population, Hidayat Abdullayev, provided information on the recent successes of social reforms in Azerbaijan and the advantages of the DOST Concept. The importance of exchanging experiences in these areas was highlighted.
The Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency, Farid Mammadov, gave a presentation, explaining that 160 types of social services are provided through a "single window" model at the DOST centers. He also emphasized that the DOST Concept is now recognized among the world's leading practices and highlighted its international achievements.
The delegation also received a presentation on the progress made in the digitalization of social services. The expansion of cooperation in the fields of labour, employment, and social protection was discussed during the meeting.
Later, the guests visited the Baku DOST Center No. 1, where they were introduced to the services offered to the public. The operations and principles of the centers were explained to them.
