In the autonomous republic, more than 50 proactive services are already operational, and over 22000 pensions, benefits, and stipends have been proactively assigned.
As a result of joint efforts by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, a broad e-government program in the fields of labour, employment, and social protection has been underway in the autonomous republic since mid-2023.
Over 50 proactive services are already operational in the social sector in the autonomous republic, and more than 22000 pensions, benefits, and stipends have been proactively assigned through electronic systems. Of these, 11000 are pensions, and the remaining are benefits and stipends.
Thus, social payments are now assigned proactively without the need for recipients to apply or submit documents once they are eligible to receive them.
The autonomous republic has also established electronic systems for disability and targeted social assistance, as well as services for issuing social insurance numbers proactively and opening e-individual personal accounts.
Additionally, residents have access to various services, including the "Labour and Employment" subsystem, the "e-social" portal, the "Pension Calculator" service, and the ability to obtain e-certificates, among other features. In the past period, nearly 15000 e-certificates have been obtained in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
