Active cooperation with employers is being carried out to ensure the employment of residents relocated to the liberated territories. This collaboration, which encompasses all directions of active employment programs, is steadily expanding.
This was discussed during a meeting at the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population with a group of employers from both the public and private sectors.
The meeting was attended by representatives from the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, "Tamiz Shahar" OJSC, Azerbaijan State Water Reserves Agency, "Azerishiq" OJSC, ""Azerenerji" OJSC, "Azerelektrik Construction and Installation" LLC, "AZConstruction" JSC, State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads, "Bridge-Building-Construction" LLC, "North West Construction" LLC, Azerbaijani branches of " Polat Road Construction Industry and Trade Joint Stock Company," and the " Cengiz Construction Industry and Trade Joint Stock Company".
Anar Aliyev, Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population, provided information on the active employment programs being implemented in the liberated territories and the results of the work done in this area.
It was also noted that efforts are being made to enhance the professional skills of people returning to their homeland, including the organization of vocational training courses in agriculture, construction, tourism, industry, and other sectors. Cooperation with private educational institutions has also been emphasized in organizing these courses.
The meeting discussed strengthening joint initiatives with employers to further increase employment opportunities in these areas, improve their efficiency, and future cooperation on the matter.
