Another 18 young people with disabilities from the Vocational Labor Rehabilitation Center of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population were sent to Türkiye for an internship course.
Vugar Behbudov, the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Agency, who met with those young people and wished them success, said that 30 more people from the Center will be involved in this experience program this year.
It was noted that the young people sent to Türkiye will further improve their skills by participating in vocational courses for persons with disabilities in the cities of Ankara and Antalya.
Such practice visits for young people involved in rehabilitation at the center are organized within the framework of the European Solidarity Corps Program of the European Union, based on the cooperation agreement signed between the Social Services Agency and the "Healthy Thinking" Youth Organization.
Last year, a total of 147 disabled graduates of the Center were sent to relevant professional associations in Türkiye for practice courses. Some of them are people with disabilities related to the Patriotic War.
