In 2024, 342 monitorings were carried out to investigate the family, psychological, physical, and mental health of the children adopted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population's Social Services Agency.
It should be mentioned that the Agency monitors the child once a year in the first year of the adoption and every quarter in the subsequent years until the child becomes 18 after the court's adoption decision becomes legally binding.
A report detailing the family's living circumstances, the adopted child's health and that of his adoptive parents, and the child's level of care within the family is created during the monitoring process.
